Attending in person
BOOKINGS
When can I book for the conference?
- Booking is now open for in person bookings until Wednesday 7 May 2025. You can register to attend here.
What happens if I cannot attend in person at the last minute?
- All in person delegates will have access to view the recorded content back ‘on demand’ post event. You will be required to contact conference@history.org.uk, if this is prior to Friday 28 March 2025 you will be given a partial refund to match the recordings package price. If this is after this date no refund will be offered.
Who do I contact if I do not receive the joining instructions?
- If you haven’t received an email with the full joining instructions by Friday 2 May 2025, please call +44 (0) 1904 702165 or email conference@history.org.uk.
CHOOSING YOUR SESSIONS
Can I change sessions?
- On signing up for the Conference you will be required to select the sessions you would like to attend. You can change your mind and opt to do another session at any time leading up to the event, subject to availability. Attendance at specific sessions is available on a first come, first served basis.
RECORDINGS
Will the recordings be made available after the conference?
- All recorded sessions will be made available to view ‘on demand’ to delegates at no extra charge from Sunday 11 May to Sunday 31 August 2025.
How do I access the recordings?
- All recordings will be hosted within Oxford Abstracts. You will be sent a link to access this following the event. When logging in to view the content simply enter the password you will be given.

Can I promote the event on social media and what is the hashtag for the event?
Yes, please feel free to post about the event using #HAConf25 and tag the HA: Bluesky | Facebook | Instagram | LinkedIn | X
CPD CERTIFICATE
Will I receive a CPD certificate after the event?
- CPD certificates will be provided for all attendees as a download within the post-event email.
